About the role:
In this role, you will be a key person responsible for supporting General Practices by providing practice management advice and support throughout the wider Wellington and Wairarapa areas.
You are someone who can build and maintain sound relationships between Health Providers and General Practice staff, to ensure contractual obligations and quality standards are met. In addition, you will be looking to develop and maintain effective communication strategies, develop and support annual General Practice plans, business structures and strategies and provide business crisis management to General Practices where required.
About you:
You are someone with exceptional communication, presentation and time management skills - you can bring energy and enthusiasm to the role in conjunction with your superior business acumen. You will also have experience working in, or with, General Practice environments.
With working knowledge of Medtech and other Practice Management Systems, you are a genuine problem solver who is flexible, adaptable and resilient. You have proven financial and business experience within a primary care environment and the ability to analyse and report clearly and concisely on complex information.
