Main responsibilities
- Day to Day Management of the lead clinic based in East Auckland.
- Work collaboratively with Lead Nurses and Ownership to implement and drive best practice and processes.
- Network and build a community of Corporate partnerships to tackle Skin Health concerns in New Zealand.
- Take charge of Recruitment, customer service and HR responsibilities.
- Help to drive and deliver on key patient engagement targets.
- Support and nurture a positive and engaged culture within the team.
- Manage and order the inventory of consumable products
- Conduct and assist with audits
- Invoicing for suppliers and external agencies

The ideal candidate
- Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with current APC (Desirable)
- Proven Management experience in a Dermatology, GP Practice or similar environment (Essential)
- Knowledge or experience of working in Dermoscopy/ Skin health
- Understanding of post op care for minor surgeries (Highly desirable)
- A background in a skin health or cosmetics organisation
- Experience using Xero (Desirable)
- Deliver excellent verbal and written communication
- Exemplary attention to detail
- A passion for delivering clinical excellence to your patients
- A depth of strength and the comfortability to work autonomously
