The opportunity

Successful candidates will be required to travel and work for an agreed period at one or more of our current projects in Australia for onboarding, training, and skill development. Upon completion of the training, the candidate will return to New Zealand to be involved in the establishment of project delivery team.

Your new role

We would love to hear from you if you have airfield lighting experience, however this is not mandatory. For those who have not worked on an airfield before, our Teams are ready to provide training on specific project procedures and installation methods associated with airfield lighting.

You will bring

• Previous experience assisting electrical trades in an industrial or construction work environment
• Previous experience with installation of underground pit and duct systems
• A valid plant operator’s licence - Excavator
• A willingness for interstate and international travel as and when required
• Must hold a construction induction card (OHS/White CARD, or equivalent)
• A valid driver’s licence
• Other industry licences, such as high-risk work, EWP, and skid steer, are considered advantageous
• A self-starter with a positive and proactive approach
• Great team player and ability to operate autonomously
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
• Healthy attitude and great work ethic
• Committed to meeting deadlines
