‍About the role

• You’ll work out of a clinic centrally located in Gladstone Road and in the community
• Contracts include SRNA, TI, Vocational Rehab, Back to Work, Concussion and Pain. You won't work across all but can be tailored to work in with your interests and experience
• Provide clinical guidance and support, conduct assessments and plan bespoke treatment programmes.
• Work alongside the MDT, including other OT's, Physios and Psychologist
• Work closely with your clients, employers, and other organisations to engage and develop solutions to help clients achieve goals.

About you‍

• Attitude is everything! We’re after a real team player who does not take a cookie-cutter approach and always puts their clients at the centre of everything they do.
• A Senior Physio with at least 5 - 6 years experience.
• You'll need the clinical experience, knowledge and understanding to work and make decisions autonomously (seating experience a bonus)
• Effective communication, empathy and a commitment to building relationships
• Able to tailor your approach to meet clients' needs
• A great team player!
• A commitment to professional development a must
