Job Specification:

You will provide clinical pharmacy services including dispensing inpatient and outpatient prescriptions in accordance with legal requirements and departmental policies together with extemporaneous compounding effectively tailored to an individual patient's needs. A knowledge of Cytotoxic drug products preparation to high standard and related waste are handled in accordance with documented procedures that ensure the safety of personnel and the environment.

Experience required:

• Well developed knowledge for clinical side of pharmacy.
• Ability to work cohesively within a team.
• BPharm or equivalent qualification.
• Registered Pharmacist with a current annual practicing certificate.
• Accuracy with figures/numeracy skills .
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to ongoing education.
