Responsibilities

‍• Provide emotional support to clients over the phone, in a professional and empathetic manner

• Respond to client enquiries in a timely fashion, offering advice and guidance as appropriate

• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and secure

• Monitor the progress of clients on an ongoing basis, adjusting plans accordingly to ensure positive outcomes

• Liaise with other healthcare professionals as required, keeping them informed of any changes or developments in the client’s situation

• Remain knowledgeable about current healthcare trends and regulations relevant to the role

• Adhere strictly to professional codes of conduct at all times

Desired Skills & Experience

‍• Possession of a current practising certificate in Counselling, Social Work, DAPAANZ, Nursing, Occupational Therapy or Psychology.

• Knowledge of current legislation and ethical practice in the healthcare sector

• Ability to manage challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Computer literacy including knowledge of MS Office Suite & other relevant software packages
