MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clinically you will both assess and advocate for the best standards of clinical care available to your patients
- Your communication style will be one that is delivered with empathy and compassion across both patients, whanau and your supportive team of health professionals
- You will lead by example, showcasing best clinical practice and your knowledge and experience working within Oncology/Haematology
- You will educate and develop not only your personal skills and attributes, but also support and supervise those around you.
- Quality, Risk and Health & Safety will be yours to monitor and give guidance on

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Have worked as a Senior RN or Team Leader
- A minimum of 3 years experience within an Oncology/ Haematology environment
- Have experience and knowledge of Cytotoxic care
- Be compassionate and friendly
- Be committed to continuous quality improvement and professional development
