Join the Hepatitis C team at Tu Ora Compass Health! We are responsible for delivering the national health strategy to eliminate Hepatitis C throughout the lower North Island region and are looking for a NZ registered nurse to complement our team.
You will help provide clinical nursing oversight and services for our programme delivery which includes a mobile testing service, training and support for contracted testing providers, and care for those receiving diagnosis and treatment through the mobile service. You will need to be self-motivated, able to work both autonomously and in a small team, and enjoy opportunities to collaborate with a range of other organisations and providers.
Tu Ora offers flexible working conditions with office facilities in Porirua and central Wellington however some travel is required as our region covers an area from Whanganui through Manawatu and Wairarapa to Hawkes Bay, Wellington, Hutt, and Kapiti Coast. We have a mobile clinic van and you would be sharing the driving.Tu Ora offers a supportive work environment, and there is specialist clinical oversight for this role. - A full and clean drivers' license
- Minimum 2 years post-grad experience

- Knowledge of the primary care environment
- An interest in working with vulnerable and marginalized communities
- Good clinical assessment skills
- Phlebotomy experience
