You will be working with the Production Team to improve every facet of their manufacturing facility through continuous improvement and need to be able to hit the ground running with your knowledge and experience.
The job involves:
- Experienced competent skilled Mechanical Fitter
- Trade Qualified or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years hands on working experience within NZ
- Experience Assembling, Rebuilding & Dismantling machines
- Involves mechanical, pneumatic & gas components
- Diagnosing machinery, familiar with this type of fitting
- Able to work from and read engineering drawings / plans
- Electrical aptitude working with drives and circuits is a plus
- Good attitude, team player and willing to take on a challenge
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Good Numeracy, verbal and written English skills
- Strong work ethic, taking pride in your work & self-motivated
- Medically and physically fit with a full clean NZ Driver’s license
- Able to travel internationally for machine servicing and installations
Wage: Competitive $/h rate neg with qualifications, skills & experience
Plus: Medical Aid, Allowances & Overtime (1½ )
