The Role
- Design and develop new products from concept through to manufacturable solutions
- Provide engineering support to our in-house sheet metal manufacturing team
- Create CAD models, BOMs, drawings and documentation for production
- Work closely with our in-house manufacturing team, suppliers, and customers
- Taking ownership of our sheet metal design and engineering as well as machine programming including but not limited to accurate concept designs, cost estimates for custom sheet metal projects and some new product development
- Project engineering of custom kiosks from quoting to design engineering and production support.
About You
- A qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Product Design
- Knowledge of engineering and sheet metal manufacturing principles
- SolidWorks & PDM experience (or willingness to learn)
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, detail-focused, and collaborative approach
- Experience with CAM software (e.g., Jetcam) or CNC milling is an advantage
