What you need to be successful in this role:
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and ability to learn and develop.
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
- Team-player who can also work independently.
- Well presented, self-motivated with a friendly personality
- On job task adaptability.
- Able to navigate a computer and other devices
- Come with an honest, enthusiastic attitude, a willingness to learn and have an eye for detail
Your Role:
- Deliver a first-class service to our customers across the maritime industry
- Mechanical Servicing
- Diagnose and repair various marine engines and associated equipment
- New Engine Installs
- Re-Powering existing Inboard & Outboard Systems.
- Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens
- Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues / incidents
