About this role:
You will be reporting to the Multi Trade Team Manager and will be responsible for servicing reactive and planned maintenance to the allocated buildings, equipment, and offices. This is an exciting role that offers lots of variety as we work across a diverse portfolio – from Community centres, libraries, administration buildings, swimming pools, etc.
About you:
You are a qualified and registered Electrician in New Zealand and value the safety of yourself and others above all else. Your strong background and knowledge, customer service, and overall efficiency will ensure your success in this role.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Relevant electrical experience in a commercial/industrial environment
- Previous experience working in building maintenance with large volumes of assets and programmed servicing schedules
- Site Safe Passport or equivalent, preferred but not essential
- Ability to work an on-call roster as required
- A current full class 1 NZ drivers’ license (manual driver's licence advantageous)
