One of New Zealand’s largest Agricultural and leading food and solutions companies are seeking a Lead Solutions Architect to be based at their Central office in Christchurch. Our client has a Nationwide and Global presence that has been thriving since its inception in 1960. Their journey has been from a small kiwi business to success on a global stage and they won’t stop there.
The role:
The role is reporting to the Chief Information Officer, leading a small team of Solutions Architects, you will have a large focus on documentation and design and have deep knowledge of architectural methodologies and frameworks. In this role you will own the architectural space and lead the team in a strategic direction while including the integration of their ERP solution.
As part of your role, you may become a key user of one of more of their systems. A key focus is to define the technology that supports the business strategy and insure it is fit for purpose. Our client is wanting to see growth and maturity in their technology road map. Having a cloud first approach is key for our client and strong knowledge across cloud services architecture, security, design patterns and modern development practices is essential.
Essential Skills:
- At least 5+ years Lead Solutions Architecture experience
- Confidence with training and mentoring
- Experience with technical documentation and design
- AWS knowledge and implementation experience
- Able to utilise and integrate ERP systems and other products
- Excellent technical, analytical and project management skills
- Be based in NZ, due to an urgent fill role we are NOT considering overseas candidates
