Main responsibilities
- Holistic Clinical care delivery
- Educate and develop your team to grow and succeed professionally
- Collaborate alongside Practice Manager and Owner to deliver patient centred care strategies
- Assist with Recruitment decision to grow your team of elite professionals
- Promote and influence an outstanding culture of excellence and enjoyment

The ideal candidate
- Have evidence of current professional indemnity
- A minimum of 3 years Practice Nursing experience
- Experience of collaboration with both health and non health professionals
- Hold a current Authorized Vaccinators Certificate
- Be competent in chronic disease management and wound care management
- Must be able to lead and develop a team of Nurses
- Be compassionate and friendly
- Be committed to continuous quality improvement and professional development
- Proven experience using practice management software especially Medtech Evolution (highly desirable)
- Able to cover leave, as required
- Enjoy working as part of a fun and friendly team
