The Role
As IT Risk & Compliance Manager, you'll lead a team responsible for technology risk management, compliance, and assurance across enterprise systems. You’ll provide leadership on security governance, support risk assessments, and shape strategic direction alongside senior leaders.
About You
- 5+ years in Enterprise Risk Management; 3+ in InfoSec
- CISSP, CISA, CISM or relevant experience
- Deep knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, NZISM, PCI-DSS
- Experience with risk/control frameworks, GRC tools, vendor assessments
- Excellent reporting, communication, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong background in cloud security and ITIL environments
- Leadership of high-performing teams in a security context
