About this role:
- Work on a wide variety of interesting and diverse projects including small to large scale infrastructure projects, resource management, industrial development and more.
- Provide expertise on complex planning and resource management issues for a broad range of clients and industry.
- Preparation of Resource Consents applications for Council, across a range of different land use and subdivision activities.
- Support to senior staff when preparing complex consent applications and submissions.
- Preparation of development potential, feasibility studies and due diligence assessments.
About you:
- 2 years + experience
- NZPI Membership or working towards
- Tertiary Qualifications in Planning, Resource Management or similar
- Good report wiring skills
- Knowledge and experience in relevant legislation
- Good communications skills and a positive attitude
