About this role:
You will provide Health and Safety advisory and support to the business, mentoring and coaching managers. You will also update policies and processes, undertake risk identification and management, conducting Health and Safety investigations, and continuously develop Health and Safety improvement initiatives, systems and projects.
About you:
- Proven experience as a H&S Advisor
- Previous experience in large, complex environments preferred
- Strong understanding and application of NZ H&S laws
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
