About You
- Proven experience leading or mentoring engineering teams, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
- A leadership style that builds trust, supports autonomy, and encourages accountability.
- Comfort working directly with founders or senior leaders to influence strategy and product direction.
- The ability to bring structure without unnecessary process, keeping the team focused and moving forward.
- A collaborative, pragmatic mindset with a passion for building both people and product.
