- Our data platforms are well-managed and support the needs of the business. And our Data Platform migration is completed and delivers on our vision of Data Self-Service, transforming how the organisation accesses and leverages data.
- You’ll effectively influence and collaborate with your peers to ensure the right capabilities are delivered to support strategies and product roadmaps.
- You are seen as a champion of our values, living these daily. You’re creating and fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
- You’re driving a lot more innovation and adoption of AI and data in our decision-making.
About You
- 10+ years in Data/AI related positions
- 5+ years in AI
- 10+ years of leadership experience
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, with the ability to drive AI adoption across the whole organisation (platforms, processes, and product offerings).
- Good understanding of Data Platforms (Data pipelines, Data Mesh, Data Warehouses, etc.)
- Experience driving transformations (ways of working, etc.)
- Experience working in online properties (e-commerce, classifieds portals).
- Experience working in agile organisations that move at pace.
- Experience articulating and communicating a vision and a strategy
- Senior Leadership experience, adept at laying out a vision and direction for the team, building team culture and capability, coaching, and leading the team to deliver great outcomes.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders. A strong leader, with good experience influencing big teams and motivating people, hiring and developing great talent.
- A good strategist and creative thinker — commercially astute and easily able to grasp and contribute to our wider business imperatives.
- Able to demonstrate an ability to affect meaningful change across an organisation.
- Naturally curious, with a demonstrated inclination to try new things.
- Energetic and optimistic.
- Naturally focused on solutions, and will be good at balancing strong theory with practical application.
- A great communicator and team player, able to gain the respect and trust of people of all different skill-sets and levels of seniority
