‍About the Role‍

• Provide hospital-level clinical care and support patients working towards their goals in community living to achieve positive outcomes.
• Work holistically with your clients - overseeing clinical care, completing assessments, doing medication rounds, and delegating to Support Workers.
• Become part of a growth focused organisation which is continuously developing.

About You ‍

• Enrolled Nurse with a current practicing certificate.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with other health professionals and within a multi disciplinary team.
• Excellent documentation abilities.
• Ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of people.
• Previous clinical knowledge and practice within disability or rehabilitative services is preferred but not essential.
