About the job
- Provide appropriate clinical care by assisting the Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, and implementing individual care plans
- Provide clinical and personal care to residents as outlined in their individual care plan, and under the guidance of the Registered Nurse.
- Provide interventions, treatments, medications, and therapies as appropriate and under the guidance of the Registered Nurse.
- Ensures all instructions and procedures are correctly documented, signed, and dated.
- Monitors responses to treatment and care plans and assists the Registered Nurse to coordinate and evaluate resident care.
