The role:
As a Technician, you will gain extensive product knowledge and be responsible for diagnosing product or process issues and resolving them. This is a varied role where you will work closely with Development, Operations and Support teams in either product/production design or customer support.
What you will need:
Ideally you will bring to the role experience in the following areas:
- Good knowledge of wireless/mobile telecommunications networks
- Good knowledge of RF technologies and practices
- Good knowledge of electronic production and manufacturing processes
- Good knowledge of SMT and through hole components soldering, rework of printed circuit boards
- Knowledge and understanding RMA process
- Good communication skills and ability to build relationship with suppliers and customers
- Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Good knowledge of the use of MS Office
- Good troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
