This role also requires you to engage with customers, going the extra mile from initial contact right through to site support and ongoing technical support as required.

- A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities
- Competent reporting and analysis skills
- Proven ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with sensitive commercial or personal information
Your day to day tasks will include:
- Reading plans, adhering to specifications, designing and quoting switchboards as required, according to project requirements and current standards
- Sales development, customer relations and customer retention focus
- Providing technical and service support to clients
- Testing switchboards to support customers if required (must have current EWRB electrical practicing licence)
- Following up quotations with customers and achieving quote conversions
- Developing sales opportunities with a view to increased market share
