‍A bit about the role‍

• Leads the implementation of all relevant company's Corporate EH&S compliance-based requirements and documents.
• Ensure that the site meets all EHS regulatory and business-specific requirements, and flag potential non-compliances and issues.
• Develop, in conjunction with the Operations Manager, EHS processes such as Human and Organisational Performance and Management Intervention Programs to drive EHS performance and implement to standard and schedule.
• Develop, drive, and manage Risk Assessment Programmes so that legislative requirements are met.
• Manage comprehensive investigation of all incidents to identify root causes and implementation of preventative measures to prevent any repeat incidents.
• Develop and implement workplace inspections and audits to identify work hazards and exposures.

A bit about you‍

• Proven experience in EH&S management in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of EH&S regulations and best practices
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of International Quality Standards ISO9001.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
