A bit about the role
- Leads the implementation of all relevant company's Corporate EH&S compliance-based requirements and documents.
- Ensure that the site meets all EHS regulatory and business-specific requirements, and flag potential non-compliances and issues.
- Develop, in conjunction with the Operations Manager, EHS processes such as Human and Organisational Performance and Management Intervention Programs to drive EHS performance and implement to standard and schedule.
- Develop, drive, and manage Risk Assessment Programmes so that legislative requirements are met.
- Manage comprehensive investigation of all incidents to identify root causes and implementation of preventative measures to prevent any repeat incidents.
- Develop and implement workplace inspections and audits to identify work hazards and exposures.
A bit about you
- Proven experience in EH&S management in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of EH&S regulations and best practices
- Knowledge of Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering.
- Extensive knowledge of International Quality Standards ISO9001.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
