This Auckland-based employer is looking for a high-performing Digital Project Manager/Producer. This person would be a technically savvy individual who has grown up in the digital world and has proven experience coordinating and delivering end-to-end web infrastructure and digital app projects with a bit of hustle!

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in managing and delivering projects digital lifecycles within specific quality, time, and budget requirements. Their skills and background will lay the groundwork and prepare them with the skills to prepare all manner of documentation, project management, and the ability to nail the digital solution for the client.  

This role has a big focus on delivery. It requires someone confident, ready to take the bull by the horns and take ownership and responsibility. They’ll be the go-to person, who knows the ins and outs and where everything is at.

Exceptional organisational skills, along with the ability to seamlessly juggle multiple projects, wrangle people and clients, and consistently deliver results to the highest standards are absolutely essential.

The breakdown

They are looking for an Intermediate Digital Project Manager / Producer with:

  • 4+ years’ experience in a Digital Producer, Project Manager or equivalent role
  • Experience managing digital projects including websites, mobile apps, digital products

Some key responsibilities are:

  • Digital Producing:
  • Ability to plan and lead digital asset builds from initial scoping through to final delivery
  • Ability to manage the changing delivery process - resource, timings, financial targets, testing and more
  • Broad tech knowledge from UX/UI to front-end and back-end development
  • Ability to author documentation including statements of work, high-level requirements, timelines, wireframes, flowcharts, test plans and user guides
  • Project Management:
  • Experiencing managing project between in-house designers, account management, clients and developers
  • Experience managing medium-large websites, mobile apps, digital products
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality, building trust and rapport with clients and agency personnel
  • Confident in offering strategic input, problem solving and best practice in digital production
