The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy individual with proven experience producing, coordinating, and project managing end-to-end web-based builds, as well as someone with experience or commercial exposure to the development of interactive and immersive digital projects in the AR/VR space.
You will be involved in the end-to-end process of delivering web, interactive, and immersive digital solutions for clients. So being fastidious with time management, and super decisive with a strong opinion is key to delivering these projects on brief, on time, and within budget!
You’ll be a confident communicator, not afraid to get stuck in, and be able to bridge the gap between the client-facing team, technical project managers, developers, and the wider team.

The breakdown
We are looking for experience in:
- 5+ years’ experience in a Digital Producer and/or Digital Project Manager role
- Digital or experience agency background is a huge bonus
- Highly desirable if you have worked on projects in the interactive/game development/AR & VR space
Some key responsibilities are:
- Ability to plan and lead digital asset builds from initial scoping through to final delivery
- Ability to manage the changing delivery process – resourcing, timings, financial targets, budgets, testing, and more
- Strong understanding of a wide range of digital platforms and technologies
- Familiarity with CMS systems such as SilverStripe, Drupal, and WordPress
- Experience or exposure to working in the interactive/game development space, and/or immersive AR/VR experiences
- Experience managing projects between in-house designers, account management, clients, and developers
- Confident in offering strategic input, problem-solving, and best practices in digital production
- Champion and drive development, implementation, testing, and revision of processes for all digital projects
