Tu Ora Compass Health is currently recruiting for a Clinical Nurse Specialist - Diabetes to join our team in our mission to achieve Better Health Through Great Primary Care.
If you have a special interest in Diabetes and are driven to making a difference in the Primary Health sector, we are keen to hear from you.In this role, you will be working in partnership with Primary Health Care providers, namely GPs, as part of the Diabetes Nurse Practice Partnership with Capital Coast and Hutt Valley District.

About the role
- The key purpose of the Clinical Nurse Specialist - Diabetes role is to have clinical focus in diabetes (including cardiovascular) management within primary health care.
About you
- Be a Registered Nurse with a Current Practicing Certificate
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills, and able to work with a wide range of people in different settings.
- Nursing experience and knowledge in Diabetes (including cardiovascular) care and management
