As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in advancing the vision of making regenerative healing accessible to everyone.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct scientific and technical research to achieve company development objectives and milestones.
- Improve and validate processes related to the performance and safety of medical devices.
- Develop and execute chemical and biological assays, cell culture, and microbiology testing.
- Create technical documentation, including reports, reviews, and specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in scientific and medical device fields.
- Brainstorm and explore ideas for new medical devices, assessing feasibility and compliance.
Competencies:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant scientific discipline (Honors or Masters preferred).
- Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry (3+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in Biology, Chemistry, and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Effective verbal and written communication, self-motivated, and perseverant.
- Ability to produce and review technical documentation and convey complex information effectively.
- Understanding of complex biological mechanisms related to regenerative technology.
