Responsibilities:‍

• Conduct scientific and technical research to achieve company development objectives and milestones.
• Improve and validate processes related to the performance and safety of medical devices.
• Develop and execute chemical and biological assays, cell culture, and microbiology testing.
• Create technical documentation, including reports, reviews, and specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in scientific and medical device fields.
• Brainstorm and explore ideas for new medical devices, assessing feasibility and compliance.

Competencies:‍

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant scientific discipline (Honors or Masters preferred).
• Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry (3+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in Biology, Chemistry, and Good Manufacturing Practices
• Effective verbal and written communication, self-motivated, and perseverant.
• Ability to produce and review technical documentation and convey complex information effectively.
• Understanding of complex biological mechanisms related to regenerative technology.
