About this role:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Detailing Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will support the Branch Management in maintaining the highest standards of vehicle appearance and functionality. Your leadership will ensure our fleet is always in top-notch condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of 10-25 detailers, ensuring high standards and efficiency
- Coordinate daily tasks and motivate team members to achieve excellence
- Perform spot checks and maintain cleanliness standards
- Communicate effectively with various departments and external providers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide training and support to new team members
What We're Looking For:
- A valid driver's license (manual and automatic)
- Strong supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Extensive experience in housekeeping preferred
- Ability to train and coach team members
- Positive, proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Experience working under pressure and in a team environment
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends
