About the role:
This organisation is looking for a values-driven, high-quality clinician to join their independently owned clinics. Their dentists operate as contractors running their own business — you’ll have full clinical autonomy, set your own pace, and be backed by modern systems, a capable team, and premium digital tech.
- Focused on high standards of clinical care for patients
- Fully equipped digital suites which include CEREC PrimeMill, PrimePrint and CBCT
- New chairs, digital x-rays, modern rooms, new dental equipment, surgical motor, sedation, implant equipment, and trios scanner
- Offering patients general and emergency dentistry including sedation, implants, crown and bridge and surgical extractions
- Chairside and admin staff trained in sedation monitoring and resuscitation
- Steady demand for comprehensive care and oral surgery (especially wisdom teeth)
- A tight-knit that genuinely supports each other — clinically and professionally
- Hands-on mentoring provided for treatment planning, communication and clinical skills
- Supportive, friendly staff with induction process for new employees.
About you:
- Ideally 3+ years of clinical experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of and proficiency with all aspects of general dentistry
- Endo/Oral Surgery / CEREC interest and experience is ideal
- Bonus: if you’re into oral surgery or IV sedation, there’s a strong regional demand
- Passionate about providing exceptional patient care
- Confident planning and discussing treatment plans with patients
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
