The Role
- Track and analyse plant and packing line performance to identify losses
- Lead projects that reduce downtime, waste and inefficiencies in production
- Implement and embed continuous improvement frameworks across the sites
- Work collaboratively with manufacturing, supply chain, technical and engineering teams
- Influence and support staff at all levels to drive a culture of improvement
About You
- Experience in food or GMP manufacturing environments
- Training in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar CI tools (formal or on-the-job)
- Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
- Tertiary qualification in engineering, technology, or related field (ideal)
- Confident communicator, able to engage with both operators and senior managers
