Compliance Coordinator

Positioned as a market leader, our client is a privately owned NZ company, with a proud local feel. Operating four modern manufacturing plants in the North Island, they produce an extensive range of products that are specific to the need of their domestic and international customers.  They require a Compliance Coordinator for their Masterton site.

They are seeking an enthusiastic individual to support senior staff with the administration and development of systems in the areas of quality, health & safety, environmental compliance and staff training. ‍

‍This role offers the right candidate a chance to make a difference through administering and improving business systems for health & safety, training, quality control and environmental compliance, so that they are effective, easy to use, well maintained and have full legal compliance.Through the use of modern technology and systems, the environment is fast paced and progressive but is also inclusive and very values based, where people feel safe and are inspired to be the best they can be.

‍Skills and Experience we seek:‍

• Affinity and experience in H&S, environmental and compliance;
• Proven time management and organizational skills;
• Strong administration and keyboard skills (Proficient on Excel, Word, Outlook);
• A high level of written and verbal communication skills along with a warm and approachable personality;
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to use initiative;
• Ability to lead or grow into a leadership role
