• We are looking for expressions of interest from Registered Nurses (un-vaccinated or vaccinated) who are passionate to pursue a career of development and continued investment in community care.
• You’ll have the security of a larger business unit to work with whilst the business grows. What it looks like initially (clinics, supporting the District Nursing Team) may well be different to how it grows and develops (working in the community as a wound care specialist)

‍THE ROLE ‍

• We are looking for someone who has experience in managing initial assessments, care plans, wound care, as well as scheduling and prioritising your patients points of contact, with you as their dedicated Nurse.
• A holistic view to care is very welcome here, you will be encouraged to always treat your patients with patience, respect and professionalism.
• This role would perfectly suit someone looking for a lifestyle role, with a blend of Work from Home, Clinical visits and being a Monday - Sunday.

WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE‍

• Registered nurse with a current practicing certificate
• Experienced in long term conditions, aged residential care or medical nursing highly desirable, but new graduates would be welcomed
• Excellent verbal communication skills, coupled with a caring nature and the ability to connect and interact within a multicultural environment.
• A team player, someone who can build professional relationships in the community
• Intermediate level computer and online information recording skills
• The ability to plan and organise assignments effectively, to establish priorities and meet deadlines in a demanding, client focused environment
• Ability to self-direct and manage a busy workload
• A current full driver’s license is essential
