This organisation is looking for a professional who is ideally a Registered Nurse with aged care leadership experience ready to drive quality and empower a close-knit team.

What You’ll Bring

  • A current NZ Registered Nurse Annual Practising Certificate
  • Clinical leadership experience, ideally in aged care
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
  • Understanding of sector standards, quality frameworks, and continuous improvement systems
  • Experience with interRAI, Medi-Map, or eCase is an advantage
