About The Role
This new role offers a unique opportunity to join an established aged care village in a Nurse Manager capacity. You will be responsible for leading the nursing team and managing the clinical standards of care, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This position also provides the chance to build relationships with residents and their families, as well as other members of staff. Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Aged Care village.
• Ensure high standards of care are maintained, while meeting all relevant regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure continuous improvement in services provided.
• Oversee staffing requirements, budgets and resources for efficient service delivery.
• Act as a point of contact between staff, residents and external stakeholders.
Skills And Experience
• Proven experience in Healthcare, with a strong understanding of aged care services. Current APC
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and build relationships with residents.
• A proven track record of developing and implementing strategies for improved performance.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and best practice guidelines.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team to deliver high-quality care.
