The Role
- Owning end-to-end delivery across several concurrent client projects
- Acting as the internal point of confidence for delivery risk, dependencies, and prioritisation
- Translating client needs into clear direction, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans
- Working closely with delivery teams to remove blockers and keep progress moving
- Managing scope, timelines, and budgets, and having direct conversations when trade-offs are required
- Spotting issues early and addressing them before they become problems
- Balancing project delivery with a product-style mindset that supports ongoing improvement
About You
- Senior-level experience leading delivery in digital or software environments
- A proven ability to manage multiple complex projects at the same time
- Comfort working in ambiguity and making decisions without perfect information
- A pragmatic, process-aware approach that adapts to context rather than forcing templates
- Experience working across blurred lines between project management, BA, and product
- Confidence challenging assumptions and navigating difficult conversations
- A track record of making other peoples jobs easier, not harder
