About the role
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping this organisation make data-driven decisions. You’ll work with stakeholders across various departments to understand business needs, extract and analyse data, and present insights in an accessible, impactful way.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases.
- Create and manage dashboards and reports using data visualizsation and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting.
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in business intelligence and analytics.

- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with data visualisation and reporting tools.
- A solid understanding of data modelling and relational database concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field ideal.
