- Understanding the pressures of their industry & their needs, you will identify the best way to progress through the sales process
- Enjoy being trained by industry's best and get lots of technical support from within the business

Key attributes for this role are:
- You have great presence, well-presented with an innate knack to ópen doors' and develop relationships with different personalities
- You are highly motivated & have a natural/warm energy with great intuition
- You may come from quite different industry, however you have the 'X Factor' when it comes to people and sales.
- Prior knowledge or experience in coatings/chemistry/applicating highly regarded
