Here's what you can expect in this role:
* A day in the life of this role will see you reaching out to businesses of all sizes and industries and discussing their needs.
* You'll partner with them to build a strategy and tailor made solutions to achieve their goals with the focus on building long term successful relationships.
* You'll be outbound calling and selling the full TMJ suite of products to business customers in different sectors.
* You'll create and build great relationships with clients, new and old, getting to know the ins and outs of their businesses and learning how to best help them achieve results.
* You'll be an employment market expert, diving into our data to provide next-level market info to your clients.
* You'll bring your unique streak of brilliance to internal meetings, workshops and daily conversation, feeding back to the team market insights gained through your meetings that will contribute to our strategic focus.
Here's what you'll bring to our team:
* Phone based sales/customer service experience is a big plus, as this will be the main form of client contact you will be using.
* You're a team player who shares ideas, and contributes to team goals and objectives.
* We are looking for a hunter, networker and relationship builder. You'll be someone who enjoys finding opportunities, learning from clients and providing win-win solutions.
