Based in Christchurch, our client is a NZ owned business and part of one of the largest franchised cleaning companies in the world.
The role
The BDM is responsible for delivering sustainable revenue and margin growth within the wider Christchurch region. To achieve in this role you will focus on the development of new business opportunities from within your portfolio and from leads generated from the wider team.
Extensive knowledge of the commercial space is essential - including having established networks and understanding of the key drivers to deliver successful outcomes. Consistency and persistence is key in this role, so someone who is resilient and is willing to go out and get stuff done!
What you will need
- Previous B2B sales experience
- Sound communication and networking skills
- Proven negotiating and collaboration skills along with the ability to influence outcomes
- Strong commercial acumen and a commitment to health and safety
- The ability to work independently and autonomously
The successful applicant will be rewarded with a base salary pus vehicle and the opportunity to earn additional commissions.
