About the role:
We are seeking experienced Automotive Mechanics to join our client's high performing maintenance team. There are two positions available with an immediate start and the contracts will run until early Feb. There is the potential for longer term work for the right people.The work will offer variety and involve:
- General repairs and maintenance work on trucks and other ground support equipment
These are day shift roles (7am to 4pm) and extended hours are available if you're keen to boost your hours.
Skills + Experience: As an experienced Automotive Mechanic, you will have:
- A relevant Trade Qualification
- At least 2 years experience working on engines - experience in diesel would be an advantage
- Vehicle service experience is also preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work as part of a team but also unsupervised
- A clean criminal record
