• In charge of supply planning and inventory control for personal audio devices (finished goods), accessories, and parts (over 500SKUs per one model) products, by analysing the gap between the forecast and the actual results, leading the monthly S&Op alignment with multiple functions such as sales, R&D, QA and Logistics or Procurement, and negotiating the delivery plan with internationally located manufacturers (mainly in China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand and Philippines).

• Taking the initiative of drafting the contract documents between the manufacturer(s), aligning with the stakeholders such as Procurement, Legal, R&D and QA and negotiate with Manufacturers to achieve the optimal purchase conditions.

• Communicating and collaborating with both customers and multiple local 3rd party warehouses regarding order fulfilment, including devanning, shipping, and assembly of the goods in order to fulfil the customers’ (retailers and end users) requirements including the delivery date, shipping specifications and the quality.

• Taking part of the ERP (Oracle NetSuite) installation project, and the optimization project after the installation as the Supply Chain personnel, and inputting the necessary requirements and risks in order to systemize the inventory / shipping / sales analysis management.

• Not only the ERP installation but also proactively streamlining the whole process and flow of the supply chain, including reflecting the sales results into forecast updates, raw material or package components inventory management, or standardization of routine operations and manualizing the tasks for colleagues.

• Implemented the monthly S&Op alignment process among multiple functions, including the shipping result analysis (Supply Chain Management), forecast update (Sales), Product risk and defect analysis (QA, R&D), raw material order planning (Manufacturer) and decision making (Management), which achieved in improving the on-time delivery rate to customers from 99.1% to 99.8% in 2 years.

• Supporting new product launch projects with internal and external cross-functional members from supply chain and logistics perspectives.

• The mission includes to propose the purchasing plan that matches the sales strategy, to lead the sourcing / selecting the vendor(s), and to coordinate the required rework process (ex.
