Designed and delivered the Health Insurance Command Centre (HICC), a physical command-centre dashboard for Daman built around a 20-metre ultra-wide LED wall, translating live, constantly shifting insurance and patient data into a layout executives can read at a glance and act on.
Led design of the HVM (High Value Management) Campaigning Dashboard system screening overview, campaign detail and timeline views establishing a reusable design system (typography, colour, card and chart patterns) applied across subsequent dashboards.
Partnered directly with the CEO, C-level leadership, the Value Creation team and the Strategic Initiative team to define what data products should exist and why, translating ambiguous business questions into new interaction models.
