Predictive & Preventive Maintenance: Proficient in vibration analysis, infrared thermography, oil sampling, and balancing—ensuring early fault detection and reduced downtime.
Mechanical Systems Maintenance: Extensive hands-on experience maintaining pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, motors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and tipplers.
SAP & Maintenance Planning: Skilled in SAP for work order creation, maintenance scheduling, and technical planning to improve workflow efficiency.
Technical Reporting & Analysis: Strong analytical skills used to perform data analysis, prepare detailed reports, and present maintenance recommendations to management teams.
Communication & Collaboration: Effective communicator adept at liaising with engineers, managers, and cross-functional teams to align maintenance activities with organizational goals.
Supervisor – Carbon Past Plant
· Oversee mechanical services and maintenance on pump, gearboxes and conveyors
· Assist Artisan and train semi-skilled employees in job safety, maintenance and services.
· Perform running plant inspections.
· Oversee, train and assist with alignments on motors, pumps and gearbox assemblies.
