Senior Technical Program Manager

Drive cross-squad program initiatives from initial planning through execution, ensuring delivery of quarterly commitments.

Partner with Product leadership to shape roadmaps, align dependencies, and set clear delivery timelines.

Work with Engineering Managers to translate high-level estimates into committed schedule dates and hold teams accountable for delivery.

Proactively flag schedule risks and update stakeholders early to avoid surprises.

Guide a team of 8 Agile specialists supporting 15 engineering teams, embedding standardized Agile practices across squads.

Orchestrate enterprise-level quarterly planning events with 400+ participants, aligning priorities and capacity for the upcoming quarter.

Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business Operations to build QBR and MBR reports for executive review.

Run engineering kickoffs, sprint ceremonies, and retrospectives; track and present performance metrics to leadership.

Manage engineering, QA, and product resources, removing blockers to keep delivery on track.

Coordinate multi-quarter planning and execution of high-profile marketing events (e.g., BOTOX Day, Mother’s Day, JUV Day).
