Product & Platform Lead | December 2024 – April 2025
Led the digital platform behind one of the world’s largest eye-care public health initiatives, supporting care delivery to over 250,000 patients during the Maha Kumbh Mela. Coordinated multi-disciplinary teams and national partners—including hospitals, the Indian Army Medical Corps and NGOs—to ensure smooth operations across 200+ care stationsat extreme scale. Ensured the system remained highly reliable during peak demand, enabling fast patient registration, referrals and on-site manufacture and delivery of 164,000+ prescription spectacles. The programme achieved international recognition for scale and execution, setting a benchmark for large-scale healthcare delivery.
Principle Product Manager | August 2020 – December 2024
Owned the end-to-end product strategy for a regulated digital healthcare platform developed for the UK NHS ecosystem. Led cross-functional teams of engineers, clinicians and safety specialists to design a secure, compliant system supporting clinical decision-making. Worked closely with NHS bodies and regulators to achieve key governance approvals and prepare the platform for national deployment. Successfully guided the product through user testing with clinicians before the programme was paused due to regulatory classification changes—demonstrating strong leadership in complex, highly regulated environments.
Platform UX & Validation Lead | August 2021 – April 2022
Led user experience design and validation for an immersive virtual-reality training system used by emergency medical responders. Helped shape realistic mass-casualty training scenarios that significantly improved trainee performance, with participants reaching proficiency faster and making fewer errors than traditional training methods. Acted as the final authority on usability and functional quality, working with researchers and instructors to refine the experience based on real-world feedback. The programme received public-sector recognition and was adopted as a credible, scalable alternative to physical emergency simulations.
