IT Operations & Infrastructure Specialist

- Perform periodic data centre maintenance procedures, Operations Systems patching and maintaining IT environment up to date as per vendor’s recommendation.
- Collaborate with the Cybersecurity Team to identify, detect, analyse and contain any cyber incidents detected in the environment.
- Identification and mitigation of vulnerabilities on Airline E-Operations ground systems in consultation with the Cybersecurity division and OEM recommendations.
- Provide after-hours support for any problem relating to Airline and Aircraft IT environments, IT Operations and Infrastructure.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and support aircraft communication systems such as IPVPN, satellite, cellular and gate-link services.
- Responsible for the Airline PKI environment and ensure certificate revalidation, revocation and appropriate security standards are enforced and maintained.
- Create detailed knowledge base and documentation of aircraft IT environments, backup and replication procedures and systems to achieve 100% availability plus RPO and RTO.
- Lead all setups, provisioning and maintenance for Amadeus Baggage Reconciliation Systems (BRS) devices. Management of Mobile Device Management (MDM) application for all monitoring and device maintenance.
- Act as the IT focal point and collaborate with operational departments to maintain capacity, compliance and assurance of ground IT infrastructure in line with capacity planning.
- Responsible for Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Mobile DeviceManagement including the ongoing master image configuration and setup, an integrity of the on-board Class 2 devices.
- Aircraft Security Focal Point / Airbus ArGO (GAS-NG) & IMACS Administration.
