Occupational Safety Certification: Certified in multiple OSHA programs, ensuring a strong understanding of occupational health regulations and hazard prevention strategies.
Hazard Identification and Control: Skilled in assessing workplace hazards and implementing effective control measures to support a safe working environment.

Site Health and Safety Specialist
· Serve as Program Safety Specialist supporting three Michelin sites, overseeing multiple critical safety programs.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Maintenance, and Production to implement and reinforce site-wide and company-wide safety protocols.
· Led overhaul of Powered Industrial Truck program, raising operator certification compliance from approximately 60% to 97%, ensuring alignment with OSHA and company safety standards.
· Lead the Confined Space Program, including:
o Conducted a comprehensive mapping of all confined spaces in the main facility.
o Assessing and classifying each space to determine permit requirements based on associated hazards.
o Implementing consistent signage at each entry point to clearly indicate confined space status.
· Oversee Contractor and Visitor Safety, ensuring all external personnel meet site-specific safety and training requirements.
· Manage protocols for employees working in isolation, maintaining compliance with safety procedures and check-in processes.
· Administer safety measures for road-use and self-propelled vehicles operated on site by Michelin personnel.
