Deputy Project Manager, City of Calgary Blue Line LRT NE Extension (2024 – Present)
• Supported the Project Manager in overseeing a large multi-disciplinary team spanning track, utilities, traffic, systems, electrical, mechanical, architectural, geotechnical, environmental and structural engineering, keeping preliminary design on time and within budget.
• Managed project controls including invoicing, progress and budget tracking, risk registers, document and information management, technical quality assurance, and the development and implementation of safe work plans.
