Analyst Programmer

Manage and analyse application system implementation needs, determine and evaluate all possible solutions and approaches to meet those needs, and select the optimal technology solution
Design application programs to meet user requirements that optimise the use of available resources
Maintain and support assigned application systems to ensure minimal downtime and loss of productivity
Compile weekly application bug \ issue and submit it to Programmer / Offshore Team
Develop and execute Functional and Technical User Acceptance Test Scripts and provide reports
Manage & document required application system enhancements
Ensure data and application backups and replications are successfully executed and regularly tested for restorations and recoveries of services
Develop training guides and conduct effective End User training
Provide support to staffs if incidents are not resolved at Service Desk
Automate routine reports and generate ad-hoc reports
Regularly monitor, optimise and enhance Application and Database Performance & Security
Perform database design, development, maintenance and support for SQL Server Databases
Manage SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems
Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
Install / Upgrade Hardware operating system to meet new software installation requirements (platform)
Updating client pc and server patches to meet security requirement for the Software
Liaise with vendors for implementation of software products and systems Apply data modelling techniques to ensure development and implementation support efforts meet integration and performance expectations
Update and maintain company website and provide 24x7 support for critical production systems
